Grade 8 Camp -
Our 5th camp went extremely well and lots of fun was had, though initially there were some reservations from the pupils' as to whether it was possible to suvive 3 days without showering!! Much to their suprise the swimming, hiking, canoeing, raft-building and dune rolling more than made up for the lack of home comforts. Photo CD will be available soon.
Maynardville - Once again Edgemead High visited Maynardville for the annual Shakespeare production. This open-air theatre experience is the high-light of the school calendar and large numbers of pupils' attend. This year was most creative and entertaining.
Valentines Day was celebrated in great style again this year. Every tutor class set about decorating their classroom in the theme of love. The reward for the best decorated class was a class picnic on the lawn at break, with lots of yummy goodies to eat!
The winning class was 10Hg, closely followed by two junior classes.
